Terms of service
1. General & Intellectual Property
By purchasing from Musketon, you agree to these Terms. All artworks remain the intellectual property of their creators — you are buying a physical piece only, no reproduction, commercial use, exhibition, or distribution rights are transferred without written permission.
2. Limited Editions & Authenticity
Our works are released in limited, numbered editions with a certificate of authenticity. Sold-out editions are permanently closed and will not be reissued.
3. Customer Information & Payment
You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing. Prices are listed in Euro (€) and must be paid in full before shipment.
4. Shipping, Customs & Liability
We ship worldwide; shipping rates, delivery times and any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Musketon is not liable for damage once the artwork has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Returns & Damage Policy
All sales are final due to the limited nature. Only damaged shipments are eligible for return or exchange — report within 14 days with photographic proof.
6. Changes, Law & Disputes
Terms may be updated at any time; continued use implies acceptance. Governed by Belgian law. If issues cannot be resolved amicably, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Belgium.
7. Force Majeure
Musketon is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control.
